Motorcycle Safety Education Classes
Classes are filling fast! $25 nontransferable, nonrefundable fee covers class costs for theBasic Rider Course for new riders or the Returning Rider Course for experienced but unlicensed riders. Class you want is already filled? Check out the walk-in policy. Bikes provided for the basic rider course. See all the details!
New Under 18 Motorcycle Policy.
Students under the age of 18 are allowed to take the Basic Rider, 3 Wheel Basic Rider, or Returning Rider Basic Rider Courses starting at age 15 if they have a valid driver's license (includes the Graduated Level 1 license), A parent or guardian must accompany the student to the first class meeting; parent signatures are required on some documents. If you have already signed up for a class and are no longer qualified to take it, please call us at 313-317-1500.
