Builder’s Pre-License Seminar - 60 Hours
Approved by the State of Michigan, this pre-licensure education seminar for Residential Builders and Maintenance & Alteration Contractors provides you with the current training you need. Topics covered include: business management, estimating & job costing; green building; contracts, liability & risk management; asbestos abatement; project management for contractors; MI Residential Building Code review; marketing and sales; construction safety; and an overview of building trades. You will need to buy a copy of the Michigan Residential Code Book for $85 and the Carpentry and Building Construction Book for $75. Be ready to pass the State exam once you complete our 60-hour program.
"Super Fast track" daytime class
Complete all 60 hours (mandated by the State) in one weeks with the "Super Fast Track" course!
One week courses meet 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Saturday
