Dear Prospective Student,

Medical transcription offers you the opportunity to have a real work-at-home-career in the growing healthcare industry. The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the medical transcription field will experience 11 percent employment growth between 2008 and 2018. Our programs provide you the opportunity to quickly gain the education you need to qualify for these jobs.

These online programs are self-paced and, while it’s possible to complete in as little as 5 months, you will have a full year from the day you enroll to access and complete the program. The courses are offered in partnership with Career Step, a leading online healthcare education company, and significant support services, described in the syllabi, are available to students.

All you need is a working computer with at least one USB port and Internet access. The material is 100% online, so you will not need to travel to/from classes, and there is nothing to download or any special software to install on your computer. A foot pedal, used to transcribe real-world Doctor’s notes, is included in the cost of each program, and will be shipped directly to you 2-3 weeks after registration.
